As a mother myself, I know how hard it is to find spaces that feel clean, welcoming, and designed with BOTH kids and parents in mind. That’s why Sip & Play was born.

MEET THE TEAM BEHIND TRIAD SIP & PLAY
Hi, I’m Susanna Lockard — the heart behind Triad Sip & Play. As a mom, educator, and childcare provider, I dreamed of creating a space where little ones can explore safely and joyfully while parents feel supported, relaxed, and welcomed. This space is built out of love for our community, and I’m so grateful to share it with you. I hope you love it as much as I do!
This is my husband, Carson — our official fixer, builder, inspector, and “babe can you look at this?” responder. He handles all maintenance, repairs, and safety checks to make sure every child can play freely and every parent can relax. Working side-by-side in our family business, he brings heart, humor, and a whole lot of patience to Triad Sip & Play.
Meet Abbie — my sister, my biggest supporter, and the heart behind our Café & Boutique. As part of our family-run business, Abbie brings a warmth and sincerity that you can feel the moment you walk in. As cafe & boutique manager, she isn’t just serving coffee or curating products — she’s helping build a space that reflects who we are as a family and what we want for our community. To know her is to love her.
